Bringing Innovative Mental Health Solutions To Kansas Communities, Schools & Families

 We aim to acquire 150 acres full of beautiful green spaces that provide a variety of health benefits by promoting physical activity, connection to nature, patient centric services and resources, that promote and improve your overall health well-being. The Rural Vitality Center will advance equitable health and well-being across urban-rural sustainable systems that provides an array of programs and supportive services, aiming to address both physical and mental health for all ages.

Our integrative health and wellness facility will  offer an expanded hybrid approach to treatment that both addresses the patient’s primary concern while also dilating the focus to include supporting patients’ overall wellbeing. This is important to us as we aim to: 

• Offer an array of benefits, making it easier to get the high level of care you need 
• Prepare an urban/rural linkage space, that incorporates green spaces to play a pivotal role in mental health. of communities, families and schools
• Present Kansan's with an inclusive mental health and physical health framework
• Establish health-centered measures at the heart of all patient care.

• Develop a  model of patient empowerment
• Grow Community based initiatives
• Provide natural surroundings creating a calm and supportive environment

With the goal of creating a healing environment, our architects aim to provide a center that everyone can enjoy.  The exterior will be made of limestone to compliment the rural Kansas space, and the interior space will incorporate nature, natural light and fresh air, simply organized spaces, and pleasant colors and textures. Our inclusive spaces will be friendly, supportive and promote relaxation. 

The RVC's Integrative Care Center will provide unmatched convenient healthcare with board certified doctors, supporting medical staff, the latest in treatments and diagnostics as we concentrate on an integrative approach to treatment.  Our wide wide range of services will put an emphasis on both physical and mental health to take a "whole-body" approach to care.

• RVC Collaborative Care Center- Primary care center, offices, waiting rooms, doctors offices, imaging rooms, calming spaces, partnership pharmacy space, technology, nurses spaces, chiropractor space and other collaborative care spaces. Includes (Mental Health Care Space)- Office space for mental health care. patient centered technology, doctors offices, neuro space, sensory room, call center, health-centered measures, technology room, intake rooms, quiet rooms, connection rooms and health and wellness spaces. 
• Healing Center  (four therapy offices for animal therapy, feed space, equipment, counseling spaces. Therapeutic space- for play therapy, art therapy, ecotherapy, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, nature therapy and more.  This space will have several hub offices for contracted therapist. Within the MHC,
• Education Space (small conference center with breakout space for workshops) Providing a space for small workshops and mental health conferences. this space will be connected to the RVC and have spaces within tor breakout rooms for education, retreat and workshop purposes.
• The Animal Sanctuary, (animal space for experiences) small Indoor Arena (animal therapy spaces) rural adventure space (for youth to play, dig up worms to fish, build, create) community gardens, nature trails, fishing docks and rock climbing, spaces to be around selected animal therapy animals at all times. 
• The Pasture Amphitheatre (small little outdoor theatre for music therapy). Just a small area for small local musicians to play and offer relaxing and beautiful music and enjoy music therapy.
• Self Care Outdoor Pods- A unique space for year-round for yoga, meditation and other relation techniques, relaxation stations for teachers, business leaders and more. 
• Data and Research Space for our partnered research team.
• Equipment- Track wheelchairs, four transport vehicles, a tractor, truck, stock trailer, flatbed trailer, two UTV's, one zero turn mower and one tractor mower.
